1. What this service is

EchoPlayroom is a free browser game playground run by EchoPlayroom 운영팀. Most games can be played without any sign-up.

These terms also cover the WARURU Android app (com.echoplayroom.waruru) and the game web pages it loads. The app loads the current web game online and requires an internet connection. Your network plan determines any data charges.

The WARURU Android app is intended primarily for teenagers aged 16 and above and adults. This statement does not set an age limit for every other web game.

Games in the lab are unfinished experiments. They may change or be taken down without notice.

Real-address building lookup makes an approximate game model from external geospatial data. It does not guarantee a building's actual appearance, structural safety or real demolition outcome and must not be used for professional design or safety decisions. Entering an address triggers the server and VWorld lookup described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Copyright

The games, artwork, text, sound, and code on EchoPlayroom belong to the team or to their rightful owners. Copying, redistributing, adapting, or using them commercially beyond personal play requires our permission in advance.

Anything you create or upload inside the service stays yours. We may use it only as far as needed to display and store it within the service.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting scores or records by unfair means, or manipulating leaderboards
• Using automated tools to flood the service with requests and disrupt it
• Impersonating another player or the team
• Putting abuse, discrimination, advertising, or other people's personal information in nicknames or comments
• Reverse engineering the service or harvesting its content in bulk without permission

4. Changes, interruptions, and record resets

We may change the service or stop offering individual games. Experimental games may have their scores and progress reset while they are being rebalanced or rebuilt.

We announce significant changes in advance where we can, but urgent technical issues may be announced afterwards.

The web game in WARURU may receive the latest deployed content when the page reloads. Mission best records and drawings are held in app or browser storage and can be lost when app data is cleared, the app is reinstalled or the device changes. We do not provide server backup or cross-device synchronisation of the current round.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided free of charge and as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for interruptions, lost records, or problems caused by differences between devices and browsers.

You are responsible for the consequences of breaking these terms.

6. Advertising

The service and WARURU app may provide advertising to help cover running costs. As of October 24, 2026, the first WARURU Android internal test has no advertising SDK or web ad delivery integrated; we will update the Privacy Policy and relevant app declarations when ads are added. Where ads are provided, we are not responsible for dealings between you and an advertiser. See the Privacy Policy and any choices shown on the relevant screen for analytics and advertising data processing.

8. Effective date

These terms first took effect on September 18, 2026 and were updated on October 24, 2026 to cover WARURU Android, online updates, storage and advertising. Further changes and their effective date will be posted on this page.
